We are looking for a results-driven and resilient Sales Business Development Representative to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying high-potential leads.

The ideal candidate is a "hunter" who thrives on the challenge of opening new doors and turning cold prospects into warm business opportunities. You will work at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring that our Account Executives are consistently meeting with qualified decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and research new business opportunities using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and industry databases.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume outreach campaigns through a strategic mix of cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess a prospect's needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT) to ensure they are a fit for our solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality meetings and demonstrations for the senior sales team (Account Executives).
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Pipeline Optimization: Analyze outreach performance and experiment with different scripts, subject lines, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to better position our value proposition during initial calls.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing business development role
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude; you must be able to handle rejection and remain motivated to reach your daily targets.
  • Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity-based KPIs (e.g., calls per day, meetings booked).
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads without letting prospects slip through the cracks.
  • Tech : Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools.
