Sales Call Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Call Representative based in Lahore. The Sales Call Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, providing product information, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include assisting in customer order processing, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and building lasting relationships
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and record-keeping is a plus
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Familiarity with spices, dry fruits, or wholesale industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
