ey Responsibilities

• Engage with international clients, primarily from the US Healthcare domain, to close sales for medical billing services and other campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/closure targets.
• Collaborate with the internal teams (operations, billing, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and closures in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on US healthcare billing processes, terminologies, and compliance standards (HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.).
• Handle objections professionally and work towards building long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international closing, preferably in US Medical Billing or Healthcare campaigns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical billing cycles, claims processing (837/835), and insurance verification is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM tools, and call management systems.
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
