Overview:

We’re looking for a hungry, process-driven, and high-integrity Sales Closer to join our real estate wholesale team. This is a full-time, commission-earning position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and understands how to move leads through a sales pipeline with urgency and care.
If you have proven experience closing real estate wholesale deals, a strong understanding of seller psychology, and the discipline to follow proven systems — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

Speed to Lead: Respond to every inbound lead within 60 seconds.
Follow Up Relentlessly: Work 10+ new leads per day and execute 12+ follow-ups per lead across calls, texts, emails, etc. That’s 2,640+ touch points per month.
Close Deals: Your goal is to convert 1 out of every 10–20 leads into a signed contract.
Pipeline Management: Keep CRM (RESimpli) updated with clear notes, tasks, and follow-ups. Follow SOPs with discipline.
Relationship Building: Build trust with sellers and represent the company with honesty, professionalism, and empathy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our lead managers and dispositions team to ensure a seamless transaction from contract to closing.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven Experience Closing Wholesale Real Estate Deals (Minimum 1–2 years)
✅ Relentless Drive: You treat every lead like gold and do the hard work it takes to close.
✅ High Integrity: No cutting corners. You do what’s best for the seller, even if it doesn’t lead to a sale.
✅ Fluent English & Neutral Accent: Strong, confident communication is key to building seller rapport in U.S. markets.
✅ Process-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: You follow systems and are comfortable using tools like RESimpli and virtual dialers.
✅ Thick Skin & Grit: You can handle rejection and keep going without losing momentum.

Requirements:

1–2+ years of experience closing real estate wholesale deals
Understanding of real estate contracts, negotiations, and seller psychology
Excellent phone communication skills and emotional intelligence
Fluent in spoken and written English (near-native)
Full-time availability — this is your only job
Stable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work U.S. hours

Compensation:
Base Salary: $800–$1,000/month (based on experience)
Commissions & Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for closed deals
Room for Growth: High performers will have opportunities to grow into senior roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£5.00 - E£6.00 per hour
