We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into clients for our US Construction Estimation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound sales opportunities, understanding client requirements, and closing deals related to construction takeoffs and estimation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified leads from Business Development and Lead Generation teams
- Conduct discovery calls with contractors, builders, and construction firms (US clients)
- Understand client requirements for construction estimation and takeoff services
- Present service offerings clearly and professionally
- Prepare customized proposals in coordination with estimators and project teams
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Maintain strong follow-ups to convert warm leads into paying clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM with accurate updates of leads, deals, and communications
- Coordinate with estimation team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer / Sales Executive (preferably in B2B services)
- Experience in construction estimation / takeoff / US construction industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to understand technical construction-related services
- Confident in handling US-based clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in construction, civil engineering, or estimation services
- Prior experience in outsourcing / IT services / construction support services sales
- Understanding of Bluebeam, Planswift, or estimation workflows (advantage)
