We are a growing CRM and business automation consultancy specializing in Zoho solutions for clients across the Middle East. Our team helps businesses streamline sales, marketing, and operations through smart CRM implementations and integrations.

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive who can manage hot leads, follow up effectively, and close deals confidently — all while providing an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound and qualified leads to understand their CRM needs and present tailored Zoho solutions.

Follow up persistently on hot leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs of Zoho CRM.

Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotes.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.

Maintain accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM.

Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or IT solutions.

Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple prospects.

Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct online or in-person demos.

Based in or available to work in UAE/Saudi time zone.

Comfortable in a hybrid work model (some days in office, rest remote).

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience in Zoho partner companies or CRM consulting.

Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem: Campaigns, Books, Desk, or Creator.

Arabic communication skills (bonus, not mandatory).

Competitive base salary + performance-based commission.
