Sales Closer – Digital Marketing Campaign

Marketing Max is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses in the USA and worldwide scale through data-driven digital strategies. We specialize in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, Web Development, Shopify Stores, and Social Media Management.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer with proven experience in USA-based digital marketing campaigns, who can confidently convert leads into long-term clients.

Position: Sales Closer

Job Type: Full-time

*Working Days:* Monday to Friday

*Working Hours:* 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

*Salary Range:* PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month (plus commissions & bonuses)

*Key Responsibilities:*

Pitch digital marketing services and generate new sales opportunities.

Build rapport with clients, handle objections, and successfully close deals.

Present and explain Marketing Max’s digital marketing solutions to potential clients (especially in the USA).

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Work closely with the marketing and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

*Requirements:*

Proven experience in outbound sales or closing roles for USA or international campaigns (digital marketing).

Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Shopify, etc.).

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Comfortable working in night shifts (USA timings).
