Position: Sales Support Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team with lead management, customer coordination, documentation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and capable of supporting the complete sales cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, customer queries, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
  • Support sales operations by maintaining accurate data in CRM and tracking tools.
  • Coordinate between customers and internal teams for order processing.
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chat queries related to sales.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads to improve sales conversions.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports for the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Customer Support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or online sales environments.
  • Ability to work independently and support the sales team effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • BOQ Preparation : 1 year (Preferred)
