Job Purpose

• Conducting Financial Awareness workshops in designated geographies
• Design and deliver learning interventions to create responsible and purpose driven partners
• Joint field work with the onboarded Business Partners to close on prospective lead
• Create innovative content for the variable resource to be aware of the features of products
• Responsible for ensuring no mis selling happens on the field
• Provide constructive feedback to create positive reinforcement in the variable workforce
