Sales Compliance Officer

The Sales Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all sales activities, transactions, and documentation comply with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. This role safeguards business integrity, minimizes risks, and supports the sales team in maintaining transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review sales transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify sales contracts, invoices, discounts, credit terms, and pricing approvals for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical practices, and internal audit standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Identify potential risks in sales activities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct periodic audits of sales records, dealer accounts, and customer agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support management in developing and implementing sales compliance policies and SOPs.
  • Report non-compliance issues to management and suggest preventive measures.
  • Train sales staff on compliance procedures and ethical selling practices.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports and submit them to the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales audit, compliance, or internal controls (manufacturing/retail industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical, auditing, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
