Job Summary:

As a Sales & Concept Designer, you will be the face of Enza Home's in-store experience—offering expert interior design consultation while driving sales. This hybrid role requires both an eye for design and the ability to understand customer needs and convert them into successful sales. You’ll be responsible for helping customers visualize Enza Home products in their personal spaces while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service

• Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Interior Concept Design

• Provide in-store design consultations including space planning, furniture layout, and color coordination.
• Create visual presentations (mood boards, sketches, or digital mockups) to help clients envision their interiors.
• Stay up to date with trends in interior design, furniture styles, and seasonal displays.

Store Merchandising & Display

• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain showroom aesthetics.
• Ensure furniture and accessory displays reflect brand standards and design themes.
• Provide input on showroom layout based on product flow and design trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, furniture retail, or concept-based selling.
• Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of space planning and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for home styling and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or basic 3D visualization software is a plus.
• Fluency in English and/or local languages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
