Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Sales & Concept Designer to join our showroom team. This hybrid role combines sales expertise with interior design consultation, helping customers visualize and create beautiful living spaces using Enza Home products. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored design solutions, and achieving sales targets through a personalized shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
• Present Enza Home’s product range, providing recommendations based on functionality, aesthetics, and space.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with clients through the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and post-sale support.

Design & Conceptualization:

• Assist customers in space planning and interior layout using Enza Home products.
• Create mood boards, layout drawings, or digital visualizations to help customers envision their spaces.
• Provide expert advice on color combinations, furniture placement, themes, and textures.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to maintain an inspiring showroom layout aligned with Enza Home’s design philosophy.

Operational & Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new collections, and design trends.
• Participate in in-store events, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, furniture retail, or lifestyle/home décor sales.
• Proficiency in space planning tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, design sensibility, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for home design and customer satisfaction.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
