Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Concept Designer who is passionate about home styling and customer engagement. This hybrid role combines retail sales with personalized interior design consultation. You will guide customers through their design journey by offering layout ideas, décor advice, and product recommendations to help them create beautiful and functional living spaces using Enza Home’s range of products.

Key Responsibilities Customer Consultation & Space Planning

• Understand customer lifestyle needs, space constraints, and design preferences.
• Offer expert advice on furniture placement, room styling, and color coordination.
• Create mood boards, layouts, or visual references to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist in developing customized concepts for living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, etc.

Sales & Retail Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective consultation and upselling.
• Present and demonstrate product features, materials, and finishes to customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations, process sales orders, and maintain follow-ups with clients.
• Ensure seamless coordination with logistics for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Showroom & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain showroom aesthetics in alignment with brand standards and seasonal themes.
• Coordinate with the visual team to create concept corners and display setups that inspire customers.

Team & Operational Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance in-store conversion and client retention.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, design trends, and new arrivals.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail furniture, interior design consulting, or lifestyle sales.
• Basic knowledge of space planning tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A keen eye for design, color, and detail.
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and passion for interiors.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
