Job Summary

Enza Home is seeking a creative and client-focused Sales & Concept Designer to combine design expertise with sales skills. The role involves understanding client requirements, developing furniture and interior concepts, and converting leads into successful projects while ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Engage with showroom visitors, corporate clients, and online inquiries to understand their needs.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and design presentations for clients.
• Follow up with clients to close deals and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and design process.

Design & Concept Development

• Create concept designs, layouts, and mood boards based on client requirements.
• Develop 2D/3D furniture layouts, material selections, and design presentations.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure concepts are feasible and manufacturable.
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback, budget, and practicality.
• Support site visits, measurements, and project coordination when required.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure all designs align with company standards and brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and concept design (furniture, interiors, or lifestyle products preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Creativity combined with practical understanding of furniture production and feasibility.
• Target-driven mindset and excellent customer orientation.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with high-end or modular furniture projects.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture construction methods.
• Existing client network in Lahore or nearby regions.
