POSITION: SALES & CONCEPT DESIGNER

JOB SUMMARY

Enza Home is seeking a creative and client-focused Sales & Concept Designer to manage the end-to-end process of understanding client needs, developing design concepts, and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate will combine design skills with sales expertise to deliver customized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgets
• Develop initial design concepts, layouts, and mood boards aligned with client needs
• Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
• Convert approved design concepts into finalized sales orders and contracts
• Collaborate with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure accurate execution
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate installation requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to achieve sales targets
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and Enza Home’s product offerings
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and design projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sales and concept design (interior, furniture, or related industries preferred)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
