Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, customer-oriented, and dynamic Sales & Concept Designer to join our Enza Home Lahore team. The ideal candidate will blend interior design expertise with strong sales acumen to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will assist clients in conceptualizing their dream living spaces while promoting Enza Home’s diverse range of furniture and home accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in the showroom, understand their preferences, and provide design-based sales consultations.
• Develop personalized furniture and décor concepts based on client needs, style, and budget.
• Prepare layout proposals, color schemes, and 3D presentations (using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Enza Home’s product range, materials, and design trends.
• Ensure optimal visual merchandising and showroom presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with design and logistics teams to ensure accurate product selection and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and post-sale support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in furniture retail, interior design, or concept development (fresh graduates with relevant skills may apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D design software is preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
