Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Determine customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Explain product features, warranties, financing options, and dealership services.

• Guide customers through the sales process, including paperwork and vehicle delivery.

• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and manufacturer incentives.

• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

• Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
