Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Proactively source, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to convert prospects into clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
- Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing solutions aligned with their business needs.
Market Knowledge & Sales Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs, competitive activities, and service enhancements.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional company services to maximize client value.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate client records, pipeline updates, and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, challenges, and forecasts for management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably within business services, consulting, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with an aggressive sales drive and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
