Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively source, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to convert prospects into clients.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing solutions aligned with their business needs.

Market Knowledge & Sales Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs, competitive activities, and service enhancements.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional company services to maximize client value.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate client records, pipeline updates, and sales activity in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, challenges, and forecasts for management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably within business services, consulting, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with an aggressive sales drive and target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
