Sales Consultant

Role Requirements:


The role of a Sales Consultant is to guide potential clients through the purchasing journey — from initial inquiry to closing the deal. The consultant must understand client needs, offer tailored real estate solutions, and build trust through expert advice and consistent follow-up. This position requires excellent communication, deep product knowledge, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships that drive consistent sales results and enhance the company’s reputation in the market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop customized sales proposals based on client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize company profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with current promotions and branding strategies.
  • Track and report on individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest real estate regulations, financing options, and market developments to better advise clients.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by actively listening to client feedback and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, and project management to facilitate seamless transaction processes.
  • Manage follow-up communications to nurture leads and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to help shape sales tactics based on field insights and client feedback.
  • Mentor junior sales staff by sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback.
  • Drive client retention initiatives by implementing loyalty programs or special offers tailored to repeat buyers.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
