Sales Consultant

Job responsibilities:

· Achieving individual and collective sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience, as per company’s service standards (UPT, ATV and personal target will be shared by Store Manager)

· Driving sell-throughs within the store

· Display role model behaviour of fashion-savviness by sharing market and competitor trends with the team

· Keep up to date with specific Brand product knowledge

· Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach; Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements

· Promote loyalty program and stay up to date with app offerings etc

· Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs

· Maintain personal grooming standards as per Brand guidelines, whilst wearing current season uniform issued by the company as per the current SOP
