Job Responsibilities:


  • Explore and maximise opportunities for increasing sales.
  • Attending hot leads for conversion into sales.
  • Confirm the outcome of meetings with line manager.
  • Ensure legal documents and filing process is managed for each unit sale and ensure all paperwork is complete and ready for archiving.
  • Promote the company’s inventory in order to generate sales.
  • Take responsibility on all company generated leads through all marketing channels (Website, Social Media, direct marketing, Events, etc.).
  • Compile, maintain and continuously generate a database of customers that might potentially be interested in our properties /offering.
  • Maintaining project Data profiles to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to the customers.
  • Conduct face to face presentations, assembling property portfolios in order to meet agreed sales targets.
  • Build good relationships with potential customers in order to determine their property needs, follow up on a regular basis by gathering all necessary information and offer matching properties by all means of correspondence.
  • Update existing buyers about the project progress.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences and events and establish contacts and networks to maximise sales.
  • Address all existing customer needs in a professional manner providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on collections of monies over periodic timeframes for all closed sales.
  • Ensure customer database and CRM systems are kept up to date.
  • Being available to travel within the country and abroad as per the business needs.
  • Attend all types of events organised or sponsored by the company as per the directives of the VP.
  • Assist with the gathering of market research when required.
  • Report any deviation in quality standards to the VP.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of Sales experience preferably in the same field.
  • Technical knowledge about the Real Estate and the project.
  • Proficiency of Business Ethics and customer greetings Protocol, Microsoft Office package, Real Estate related solutions and platform and CRM.
  • Excellent Communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Preferably with a third language as Russian, Chinese, Persian or German.
  • Developed organizational skills and prioritizing abilities.
  • Multitasking and ability to work under pressure. Meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to work extra hours or days as per operation demands (events, weekends).
  • Previous experience in dealing with VIP visitors and clients.
  • Negotiation and Interpersonal skills.
  • Building credibility and Problem solving.
  • Results oriented. Team player. Relationship builder. Customer dedicated. Attention to details.
