Sales Consultant - Emirati Talent

Mizzen was established in 2017 as a subsidiary of Seddiqi Holding, focusing on luxury consumer brands in fashion, beauty, eyewear, leather goods, and fashion accessories.

We are seeking ambitious and outgoing Emirati Nationals to join our highly successful Mizzen Retail Team.

Key Responsibilities in the Luxury Sales Team:

• Use your exceptional product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury point of experience (we will give you extensive training on this).
• Ensure customer loyalty by building long-standing relationships and follow up with these clients through telephone calls, emails, cards and special announcements.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to meet and exceed the brand and store’s unique objectives.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• A demonstrable passion and knowledge for luxury retail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of high-end customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• An appetite for luxury client service.
• Fluency in both English & Arabic.
• An Emirati family book.
