Sales Consultant | Geely

Job Purpose

The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting suitable solutions, and driving sales growth through proactive prospecting, customer follow-up, and relationship management. The role also supports junior sales team members to ensure consistent sales practices and high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Follow up with existing customers to promote trade-in opportunities and repeat business.
  • Identify and research potential leads through business directories, digital platforms, and online resources.
  • Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and email communications.
  • Actively pursue and follow up on sales opportunities to closure.
  • Support and guide newly recruited and junior Sales Representatives on sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Ensure smooth execution of sales administration and customer service activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and customer data.
  • Regularly update prospects and customers on product enhancements, modifications, and company offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in Automotive or Real Estate sales is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
