The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting suitable solutions, and driving sales growth through proactive prospecting, customer follow-up, and relationship management. The role also supports junior sales team members to ensure consistent sales practices and high-quality customer experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Follow up with existing customers to promote trade-in opportunities and repeat business.
- Identify and research potential leads through business directories, digital platforms, and online resources.
- Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and email communications.
- Actively pursue and follow up on sales opportunities to closure.
- Support and guide newly recruited and junior Sales Representatives on sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales administration and customer service activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and customer data.
- Regularly update prospects and customers on product enhancements, modifications, and company offerings.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in Automotive or Real Estate sales is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
