Job Title: Sales Consultant – Home Automation

Department: Home Automation Division
Location: Lahore (with field/client visits as required)

Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant – Home Automation will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and providing clients with tailored smart home solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales expertise to guide clients through the process of upgrading their spaces with intelligent automation systems. The consultant will act as the key bridge between clients, design, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, walk-ins, referrals, exhibitions, and online channels.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand customer lifestyles, needs, and preferences.
  • Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers for project-based sales.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.

2. Solution Consultation & Customization

  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis and assist clients in selecting suitable automation solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and design teams to prepare customized proposals and system layouts.
  • Present demos and system walkthroughs to explain functionalities and features of automation solutions.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible, user-friendly, and within budget.

3. Sales Process & Negotiation

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts as per company policies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and client data in CRM software.

4. Coordination & Project Execution Support

  • Collaborate closely with the design, installation, and operations teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.
  • Participate in site visits and coordinate for timely project completion.
  • Keep clients updated on project progress and resolve any concerns promptly.

5. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

  • Stay updated on latest trends, technologies, and competitors in the home automation and smart living industry.
  • Represent Fincera at exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities.
  • Share customer feedback and insights to help management improve products, pricing, and sales strategies.

6. After-Sales & Customer Support

  • Ensure clients are well-trained in operating their automation systems after installation.
  • Follow up post-project completion to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals.
  • Handle complaints or service requests professionally through coordination with technical teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales of premium technology, interior solutions, or automation systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and basic understanding of project coordination.
  • Self-motivated, well-groomed, and target-driven personality.
