Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain sales records daily and submit monthly & yearly closing reports to the sales team and sales manager.
• Provide a variety of support services to the sales team, including documentation, reporting, proposals, order processes and deliveries.
• Keep track of stocks , analyze operational performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordination with the logistics department and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Daily analysis of targets and sales to monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Prepare and manage sales documents, including contracts, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Must have bachelor's degree in related field.
• Must have 1-3 years experience in similar role.
• Must be available in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
