Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings as needed.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- BBA OR MBA (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
