Sales Coordinator

India

  • Sales Operations Support:Assist with developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales goals, and tracking sales data and industry trends.
  • Administrative Tasks:Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, maintain accurate customer databases, and manage the sales team's schedules.
  • Communication & Collaboration:Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments like marketing and logistics to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Data Management & Reporting:Generate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Support:Respond to client inquiries, grievances, and questions professionally and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Event Coordination:Assist with planning and organizing sales activities, such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Training & Onboarding:Provide resources and guidance to new sales team members to help them onboard and integrate effectively.
  • Adherence to Policies:Ensure that all sales activities and efforts comply with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
