Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated  Sales Coordinator  to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service , with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities between clients, sales executives, and internal teams.
• Please manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and make sure follow-ups are timely.
• Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
• Assist in building strong, long-term relationships with customers and dealerships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or automotive sales .
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer needs professionally.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
