Sales Coordinator

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the printing and packaging sector and be familiar with order flow, quotation preparation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to receive orders, share quotations, and track order status.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, proforma invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in SAP or ERP systems.
  • Follow up with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, or client visits if required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role (preferably in the printing/packaging industry).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
