AFTERSALES SERVICE COORDINATOR

Karachi, Pakistan

Position Title: Service Coordinator (Aftersales)

Experience: Fresh till 6 months (Only Genset experience preferred)
Qualification: B tech

Key Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support during field visits.
Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance within the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations for clients when required.
Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports, work orders, expense reports, and timesheets.
Coordinate between technical teams and management for smooth operations.
Assess products for maintenance, warranty, and upgrade requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Provide technical support for complex service-related concerns.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
Respond promptly to customer queries.
Maintain accurate records including maintenance logs, warranty contracts, and installation reports.
Ensure all tasks are performed in line with company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
