Job Title: Marketing & Sales Coordinator / Sales Support

Job Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Industry: Construction Machinery / Heavy Equipment

Experience: 2.5+ Years

Qualification: BBA, MBA, BE (Mechanical, Automobile industrials) or any graduate with similar experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role.

- Proficient in MS Office, and basic editing/design tools (like Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, inquiries, and client communication.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and brand visibility.

- Organize trade shows, exhibitions, customer meets, and product demos.

- Handle internal and external communication with vendors, clients, and partners.

- Design and edit marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral using editing tools.

- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and follow-up schedules.

- Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation using SAP & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Monitor marketing inventory such as brochures, banners, and samples.

- Assist with digital marketing activities including social media coordination and email campaigns.

- Ensure smooth coordination during dispatches, product displays, and after-sales support when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
