We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in organizing, tracking, and streamlining all sales operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coordination, communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities within our events and exhibitions division.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Executives in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, leads, and activity logs.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met before, during, and after events.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance trackers, and client databases.
  • Manage internal communication to ensure alignment between departments.
  • Support the team during event setup, onsite registration, and client coordination.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and route them to appropriate team members.
