Job Description:

We are looking for a female Sales Coordinator to join our interior fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, professional, and highly organized, capable of handling client communications and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally answer and manage incoming sales calls.
  • Transfer client inquiries and calls to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings with clients.
  • Maintain and update sales team calendars to ensure timely appointments.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team in coordinating with design, estimation, and project departments.
  • Handle basic client queries and provide company/project information.
  • Ensure smooth internal and external communication throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (interior fit-out/ construction industry experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Spouse visa Preferred
