About the Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations between internal departments, clients, and external partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate Excel-based quotations, offers, and broadcast lists as per requests.
  • Manage receivables follow-up and track payment collections with customers.
  • Coordinate RMA and after-sales support with internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain and update sales, stock, and inventory data with full accuracy.
  • Generate and consolidate sales and performance reports for management review.
  • Obtain and record Proforma Invoice (PI) acknowledgments and ensure smooth documentation flow.
  • Prepare and process Quotations, Proforma Invoices, LPOs, and Purchase Requests.
  • Liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment and dispatch.
  • Monitor product stock levels, aging, and high-inventory items for timely action.
  • Support business development leads through cold calling, online research, and meeting coordination.
  • Drive run-rate sales from Tier-3 customers through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, reporting) with fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, or documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
