Role Summary
Provide essential back-office support to the sales team by managing CRM and customer data, processing orders, handling enquiries and complaints, coordinating sales activities and sales MIS.
Responsibilities
- Serve as daily liaison between field sales staff and internal teams
- Maintain, update, and audit CRM and customer databases
- Accurately process sales orders (Primary C Secondary) and documentation
- Generate and distribute concise sales reports
- Handle and Manage TADA activities
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing
- Assist in organizing training sessions or workshops for sales staff
- Address customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Assist with trade shows, product launches, and promotional events for marketing and branding
- Monitor and track daily sales targets and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing – Master preferable
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales coordination or back-office support
- Proficiency in understanding and exposure in managing CRM platforms (Odoo, Zoho etc)
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Experience in FMCG must (Segment can be beauty, fragrance)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
