Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing transactions related to third-party sales and repairs (internal and external), services and warranties , and maintaining consignment stocks , where applicable. The role also involves tracking loans in and out of company assets and tooling , ensuring accurate records and timely coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all third-party material transactions, including sales of spares, component repair/overhaul, exchanges, receipts, and dispatches, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate, compile, and distribute periodic status reports to third-party clients, covering completed versus outstanding quotations, pending approvals, delivery status, and reasons for any delays.
  • Administer all loan and exchange transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation within the designated tracking systems.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout the loan period until the return of loaned components and submit monthly loan status reports to management.
  • Coordinate and support management requests for operational, tracking, and financial reports related to customer sales, repairs, loans, and related issues, on both periodic and ad-hoc bases.
  • Liaise with Logistics to coordinate third-party sales and repair material movements, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer RFQs in accordance with defined KPIs, service levels, and agreed timelines.
  • Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial and consumption reports related to third-party usage of spares, repairs, and services.
  • Coordinate with Management and IT teams to ensure the availability and accuracy of reports required by customers or internal stakeholders


Ideal candidate will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree or college-level education, preferably with any other training certificates in Procurement or Supply Chain Management in the Aviation Industry.
  • Above 3 years industry experience in Aviation Sales & Procurement, Material Planning/Support & Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management within the Aviation industry in Rotary-Wing and Fixed-Wing Aircrafts Spares/Tools distribution centers & MRO organization.
