We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely order processing
  • Track deliveries, follow up on pending orders, and address basic customer queries
  • Support management with periodic sales reports and performance summaries

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ UAE experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
  • Proven experience using Tally
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in trading, distribution, or related industries
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
