Job Tiotle: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Abu Dhabi
Gender: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day sales operations
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely order processing
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery and documentation
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in UAE market is an advantage
