Role Overview

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support business growth, increase sales, and expand market presence. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, market outreach, and supporting sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, outreach, and networking
• Support sales activities, including client meetings, follow-ups, and proposal preparation
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports for management

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with strong potential may apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
