Sales Coordinator

Black Swan Business Setup Services is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and sales team in managing client communication, documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination. The role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate CRM management, and timely support to potential and existing clients seeking business setup services in Oman.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales coordination and administrative tasks.

Conduct client follow-ups on leads, proposals, and pending documentation.

Handle initial client communication through calls, emails, and messages.

Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Sales Manager/Consultants.

Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate lead tracking and status updates.

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and proposals.

Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and application processing after deal closure.

Maintain organized digital and physical client files.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

Support the sales team in achieving conversion and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support (experience in business setup, consulting, or service industry preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and documentation management skills.

Experience using CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional phone etiquette and client-handling ability.

Preferred Profile

Prior experience in business setup, consulting, or corporate services industry.

Experience coordinating with government departments or corporate clients in Oman will be an advantage.

Pay: RO300.000 - RO400.000 per month
