We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Assistant to the General Manager with a strong interest in sales. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work closely with senior leadership while building a long-term career in sales within a dynamic environment for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the GM in daily operations, sales activities, and strategic initiatives
- Manage schedules, meetings, and business correspondence
- Support sales tasks including follow-ups, client coordination, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Track sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
