Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with prior experience in a contracting or construction company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in day-to-day operations, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate project documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with contracting workflows are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and client communications.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, project updates, and payments.
• Liaise with the estimation, procurement, and operations teams for project-related requirements.
• Prepare and update sales reports, project status summaries, and pipeline tracking.
• Manage documentation for contracts, LPOs, and submittals in compliance with company standards.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales and management teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a contracting or construction company in Qatar.
• Good understanding of project documentation, quotations, and tender processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Qatar experience is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
