Sales Coordinator (Female Preferred)

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues.
  • Track sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Prepare sales performance reports for management review.
  • Support in lead generation and follow-ups as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during sales operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in sales support, coordination, or customer service is preferred.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Shift: 09:00am-05:30pm
Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi.
