  • We an IT Services & Solutions Provider based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi, serving business clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • We deliver IT support (AMC), Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, backup, networking, and IT projects.

We are hiring a detail-oriented, self-driven Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales operations: handling inquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations using templates, coordinating with suppliers, and driving follow-ups until closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to sales inquiries (email/phone/WhatsApp – company channels).
  • Communicate with customers to understand requirements, needs, urgency, and scope.
  • Learn our product and service offerings quickly and apply them in proposals/quotations.
  • Address customer questions professionally and coordinate internally for clarifications when needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/site visits with the Sales Manager and confirm appointments.
  • Prepare quotations and costing using company templates and price lists.
  • Coordinate supplier pricing, procurement, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Follow up on quotations consistently to close successfully; record outcomes and reasons for lost deals.
  • Support lead generation activities through outbound follow-ups, referrals, and re-activating old leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, activities, notes, next steps, and reminders).
  • Support customer retention: AMC renewals, upsell/cross-sell of services, and relationship follow-ups.
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through disciplined pipeline and follow-up management.

Requirements

  • Excellent English (Read/Speak/Write) is mandatory.
  • Strong phone and email communication; professional customer handling skills.
  • Highly organized; able to plan the day, prioritize tasks, and execute follow-ups consistently.
  • Calm under pressure; able to handle rejection and stay persistent.
  • Comfortable using CRM + Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
  • 1–3 years experience in inside sales / sales coordination preferred (UAE experience preferred).
  • Experience preparing quotations and coordinating suppliers/procurement is a plus.
  • IT services/technology knowledge is a plus (training provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
