Sales Coordinator- Part time- Afternoon shift

The Infinity Group is a London-based payroll service provider for the construction industry. We manage subcontractors' payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.

Our service handles invoicing, receives payments from construction companies and agencies, processes them, and deducts CIS tax and Umbrella Service.

This position requires working within the UK time zone (GMT). The working hours will be from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM- UK

We have an exciting opportunity for the company to grow, and we are looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator. The role will involve dealing with clients and workers.

The role is currently working from home.

Job Spec – Main Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

- Responding to clients' and subcontractors' inquiries and resolving issues.

- Follow up on clients after using our service for one month

- Send clients welcome packs, company merchandise

- Maintaining positive client and subcontractor relationships.

- Requesting feedback on the service and reviews on Trustpilot and Google

- Acting as a liaison between the client and the sales team.

- Providing clients with information on service updates and legislation

- Providing subcontractors with information on service updates.

- Dealing with subcontractor and client complaints

- Offer our clients a referral of £50 per subcontractor after a month of using our service.

- Add clients to social media platforms after

• Upselling Services

- Contact subcontractors and sell personal accident cover

- Contact subcontractors and sell the Self-Assessment service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support, telesales or a related role.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a professional yet personable approach.
• A precise and professional British accent is essential for this role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to achieve results
