Role: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert client briefs into Standard Scope of Work in coordination with the Sales, Estimation, Design, and Technical teams.
  • Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with Production, VMS, and Logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain project progression status, CRM data, and client records accurately.
  • Prepare project closing reports to share with clients to invoice on the day of job delivery.
  • Support the sales team with meeting schedules, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Handle client communications efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

Skills: Proactive, excellent communication, attention to detail, multitasking, MS Office proficiency, and strong coordination skills.

Preferred Background: Retail branding, signage, or fit-out projects.

Education: MBA / BBA
