Sales Coordinator & Receptionist

We are looking for a dynamic and organized sales coordinator & receptionist to support our sales team and manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in coordinating sales activities, customer communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain reception area and manage office supplies
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM records
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
  • Prepare sales reports and documentation
  • Follow up with customers for inquiries and pending orders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or receptionist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience in telecom, networking, or IT industry
  • Knowledge of quotations, LPOs, and basic sales processes in UAE

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
