To ensure inventory levels in all sales depots to reflect inventory policy fore every active SKUs by monitoring stock levels , analysing sales trends, identifying aging of stocks ,suggest replenishment of stock quantities, submit suggested stocks to Plant, offload Plant approved replenishment stocks to MYRNA, monitor Plant confirmed orders with sales depots , and generate service level reports.

Providing, highlighting and advising the sales management onbusiness trends,distribution issues, opportunities (market share & distribution), wastage controlling through various business related management reporting on continuous basis and managing historical event statistics on quantitative and qualitative factors through events logging system in order to feed into management decision making and demand planning system.

Coordination of master data creation process in MYRNA through collection and compilation of data from various data providers on a timely manner.

Estimation and allocation of promotional volume by targeted channel outlet by depot by SKU based on marketing promotional plan.

Qualifications:

Essential

1. Diploma in any discipline

2. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Spread Sheet

3. Age – 25-35

4. Good verbal and written communication of English

5. Highly numerate

Desirable

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Computer literate in ERP, SAP

Experience:

Essential responsibilities executed (Generic Description)

1. 2 years experience in Supply planning multi SKU, FMCG logistics environment

2. 2 years experience in Almarai Sales Division Stock Controller ( internal candidate)

Desirable responsibilities (Generic Description)

1. 3 years experience in Supply Planning multi SKU, FMCG logistics environment

1. Knowledge of the business, its sales trends, logistics, products, marketing strategies, production capacity, competition etc.

2. Strong interpersonal communication skills and networking

3. Ability to analyse and interpret information.

4. Good team player and hard working

5. Self –driven and motivated

6. Excellent knowledge of Computers , Spread Sheet , ERP, SAP , SARAS Knowledge: = Knowledge of any report wrinting packages essential. Sound understanding on FMCG indutry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • FMCG Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Manual Driving License (Required)
