Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator / Ticketing Closer to manage sales operations, close ticketing deals, and ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in ticketing platforms, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Handling

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to travel, flights, and ticketing.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales closing techniques.
  • Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to close sales and meet monthly targets.

Ticketing & Booking Management

  • Manage flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Utilize ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar GDS platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy in fare calculations and ticket issuance.
  • Provide clients with suitable travel options according to budget and preferences.

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Keep track of bookings, payments, and client itineraries.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly sales and booking reports.

Customer Service

  • Offer exceptional support to clients before, during, and after their travel.
  • Handle any changes, queries, or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with returning customers for repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel industry sales or ticketing.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
